Meeting hosted by the Franklin County Graziers and Penn State Extension! Topics
include manure management manual updates, grazing behavior, pasture
biodiversity and an on-farm testimonial from one of the Franklin County
Graziers. Speakers include Dr. Kathy Soder, USDA-ARS, Phil Risser, Franklin
County Graziers and Jennifer Bratthauar, Penn State Extension.
This meeting is being held from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, January 22nd at Solomon’s Lutheran Church, 4856 Wayne Avenue,
Chambersburg, PA (just a few miles from I-81). The registration fee is $17 per
person, which includes lunch. The registration deadline is January 15th.
