The RTB Waynesboro Chapter invites you to a three-month series entitled, “Climate Change: Finding Unity in the Body of Christ.” The series kicks off on Thursday, January 17.
January 17 – Global Warming: The Basics
This presentation will give an overview of RTB’s stance on global warming and compare it to the perspectives held by other Christian organizations.

February 21 – Global Warming: The Science Behind the Controversy
Larry Lund, chapter promotion coordinator, will present scientific research that counters what the popular media presents as evidence for human-induced global warming. Larry will also show how RTB’s position on global warming has changed.

March 21 – Changing the Climate on Christian Disunity Regarding Modern Science
We will present podcasts and materials from Ken Samples to discuss effective ways in which we can engage Christians when scientific beliefs differ. We will focus on global warming but also discuss the age of the earth and the Flood.
